How I Made $31,580.44 in 30 Days with YouTube Automation

youtube automation niches 2025

Last month, I launched a brand-new faceless YouTube automation channel. I didn’t record a single video, didn’t show my face, and used a strategy that almost no one’s talking about. And guess what? In just 30 days, I made over $31,000.

One of my clients applied this same system and made $4,000 in a single month. On one particular day, I pulled in €610.

If that sounds insane, I get it. But stick around — I’m going to walk you through my entire 7-step YouTube automation process that’s working in 2025.

⚠️ Disclaimer: I’ve been doing YouTube for 14 years. I was broke once, working 14-hour days and getting nowhere. This isn’t some “get rich quick” scheme — it takes work. But it can absolutely change your life.

What Is YouTube Automation?

YouTube automation means taking a business-first approach. You build faceless content that generates income from:

  • YouTube AdSense

  • Sponsorships

  • Affiliate products

  • Your own digital offers

❌ It’s NOT just AI-generated “slop” videos like meditation loops, robotic top 10s, or rain sounds.
✅ It IS about building value-driven faceless brands like Alux, Kurzgesagt, or The Infographics Show.

Step 1: Pick a High-RPV (Revenue Per View) Niche

Most people go too broad. Instead, get weirdly specific.

Examples:

  • Instead of “fitness,” go with “workouts for women over 40.”

  • Instead of “make money online,” focus on “Amazon KDP low-content publishing.”

Ask yourself: “Would someone pay $1,000 to solve the problem my channel solves?”

Step 2: Focus on Long-Form Videos Only

Forget shorts. I made over $30,000 with a small channel by creating long videos (some over 2 hours).

Pros of Long-Form:

  • More ad placements = more income

  • Can go viral easily if well made

  • Better watch time and retention

Cons:

  • Time-consuming

  • Can cost money upfront (script, edit, voiceover)

But it’s possible to go viral on a budget — I did it at 12 years old with an animation channel I ran solo!

Step 3: Reverse-Engineer What’s Already Working

Here’s what I do:

  1. Create a Google Doc.

  2. Add 5 channels from your niche (e.g. “medieval history”).

  3. Use tools like:

Look for trending videos and keywords. Then, dig into the YouTube comments. What do people love? What do they hate?

I even use this AI trick: Paste comments into ChatGPT and ask what viewers are saying. This will help you improve what’s already working.

Also, check platforms like Instagram and TikTok — sometimes trends start there and haven’t hit YouTube yet.

Step 4: Real YouTube Automation (Not Push-Button AI Nonsense)

Most “automation” advice is junk. Here’s my real workflow:

  1. Research topics using VidIQ, Reddit, etc. (10 mins)

  2. Scriptwriting with my AI tool (or write it yourself to save money)

  3. Voiceover using 11Labs

  4. Editing via freelancers from Upwork

I hire video editors by posting this Upwork Job Template. I usually pay $35–$65 per video, and it takes me about 1 hour per day to run a channel that earns up to $1,000/day.

Step 5: Monetize from Day One with the Reverse Funnel Strategy

Most people build a channel, then think about monetizing later. I do the opposite.

I create or select a digital product first, and then build YouTube content around that.

Try sites like school.com/discovery to find high-converting communities or digital courses you can promote.

This way, even if your video only gets 5,000 views, it can earn $500+ from product sales.

Step 6: Maximize All Income Streams

Don’t just rely on ad revenue.

Other profitable strategies:

  • Brand deals (create a media kit & cold pitch brands weekly)

  • Affiliate marketing

  • Your own digital offers or memberships

For example, I promote my own School communities (some $10/month, others $10,000/year). Just 50 new members from a video = $500–$5,000+ easily.

Step 7: Scale Your Faceless Channel Empire

Once you’ve built one successful channel, use the community tab to grow others.

I now run 16 faceless channels — all semi-automated. Keep your niches related to help cross-promote.

E.g. History → Medieval History → Ancient Rome

Step 8 (Bonus): Reinvest + Optimize for Long-Term Success

There is no such thing as a “set it and forget it” business. I constantly:

  • Track analytics: CTR, retention, watch time

  • Improve titles, thumbnails, and formats

  • Reinvest 20% into better scripts, editing, or new channels

Avoid outdated guru advice — most of it will kill your channel before it even starts.

Final Thoughts: This Can Change Your Life, But Only If You Work Smart

This system works. Not just for me, but for my clients too. But remember — it’s not passive, and it’s not easy in the beginning.
