Just look at this YouTube channel — it uploaded a video only three days ago, and it already has over 16 million views. To get your channel monetized via YouTube Shorts Fund, you only need 10 million views — and this creator has uploaded just 39 videos so far. Already, they’ve crossed 4 million subscribers.
Viral Success with Minimal Uploads
If you check the channel’s most popular videos, the numbers are insane:
-
400 million views
-
200 million views
-
75 million views
-
60 million views
And the crazy part? All of this content was made using AI tools.
In the past 2–3 months, over 70% of new faceless channels like this have achieved monetization within 1–2 months. Yes, you can do it too — even by giving just 1–2 hours daily to your YouTube channel.
👉 In the last 28 days, this particular channel has generated 279 million views — with no voiceover in the videos!
Because of this, a large portion of views come from USA and UK, where RPM (revenue per thousand impressions) is about $0.20. So, based on that rate, the last month’s revenue was around $5,000, or approximately ₹47 lakhs INR.
Even if you only manage to replicate 10% of this success, that’s still more than $500 per month — not bad at all, right?
Creating Faceless Videos Using AI — Step-by-Step
In this post, I’ll walk you through how to make such videos using AI — the easiest way possible — and I’ll also give you the solution to the “zero views problem” at the end. So make sure to read till the end, because every step is crucial.
1. Writing Viral Video Scripts with ChatGPT
To start, you don’t even need to write a full script manually. Here’s how:
Open ChatGPT
Use this prompt:
"Act like a master in scriptwriting and storytelling. Based on the following scenes from a viral video, generate 10 emotional story ideas that could go viral. The original video got over 400 million views."
Paste the scenes and let ChatGPT do its magic.
After reviewing the ideas, pick the best one — I chose the 4th idea because it closely resembled the 400M+ view video.
Next prompt:
"Write a script based on the 4th idea with only image scenes, a strong hook, and at least 25 total scenes."
Within 2 minutes, you’ll get a ready-to-use visual script — no more guesswork!
2. Generating Cinematic AI Images for Each Scene
Now you need ultra-realistic, cinematic images for each scene. Here’s what you do:
-
Use Leonardo AI (or try Lexica or Playground AI)
-
Paste your prompts and generate 9:16 vertical images
Example prompt:
"A woman standing near the plane window holding her child, ultra-realistic, cinematic lighting."
Repeat this for every key scene (especially the hook, which is the most important part to capture attention).
3. Turning Images Into Videos
Currently, two AI tools are best for converting images to videos:
Both offer free credits and create stunning visuals. Just import your images, provide the prompts, and click Generate Video.
Pro tip: Use them late at night or early morning (12 AM – 10 AM) for faster rendering.
Prompt example for ChatGPT to generate video-specific prompts:
"Now convert the following image scenes into a cinematic video prompt. Make sure the tone and visuals are consistent and emotionally engaging."
Also ask it to generate negative prompts (like “no distortion, no blur, no text”) to refine quality.
4. Why the Hook Matters (And How to Nail It)
In one of the most viral videos, a woman throws her child out of a plane — an extreme and emotional scene that instantly grabs attention and creates curiosity. That’s the power of a strong hook.
Even if you use the same opening hook (just 5 seconds) and build your own video differently, it won’t be counted as copying and boosts your viral chances drastically.
5. Final Video Creation and Monetization
Once all images are generated and stitched together using either Kling AI or HelloAI, you can publish your videos to YouTube Shorts or regular uploads.
Make sure your channel niche is consistent (emotional, shocking, storytelling, etc.) and always optimize your thumbnails and titles using free tools like:
